Prices & Currency

Prices in our web site are quoted in Sterling Pound. Our website will only calculate based on Sterling Pound, payment will be billed and charged in Sterling Pound only.


All prices quoted in our website, printed catalogue and essential guides are subject to current UK Value-Added-Tax (VAT). Current UK VAT rate is 20%

Oversea Customers

Oversea Customers are advised to check with their own local Government / Customs / Imports Dept for any importation restrictions, import tax and duty, prior to making a purchase with us.Premier Sock Tape is only responsible to ensure your order is despatched according to your instructions. Premier Sock Tape reserves the right to refuse to accept goods to be returned due to any importation issues. The oversea customers are reminded that they will have to bear both forward and return cost of delivery plus re-stocking fee as outline in our Terms and Conditions.


a) All prices quoted for Goods are inclusive of Value Added Tax.

b) The Company reserves the right to vary the price of the Goods to take account of any increases in the cost of raw materials, manufacture, packing, transport.

c) The company reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Delivery / Handling

a) The Customer should check all Goods it receives against the Order. If the Goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must inform the Company (by phone, email or in writing within 7 days of your delivery quoting both the customer number and the delivery note number. The Company reserves the right to inspect any Goods reported as faulty before providing a refund or replacement.

b) Unless the Company otherwise agrees in writing, delivery shall be made to a ground floor location at the address specified in the Order.

c) Stated delivery times are no more than an estimate on the part of the Company and shall not be binding upon the Company, which shall not be liable for any costs or damage caused by reason of any delay in delivery.

d) Standard delivery lead times from point of order will be delivered within 4 working days*, Express deliveries will be delivered within 1-2 Working days*. All oversea (Outside UK) can take up to 3 weeks, depended on which service the buyer has chosen. The Company does not accept any liability for Goods not despatched on the same day nor does it give any guarantee regarding the actual delivery time or date.

e) Carriage charges are linked to customer account terms and will be applied to the order. Oversize items are subject to additional delivery and handling charges, regardless of the value of the order, please contact customer services for details.

f) The Customer has 30 days to return a product, product must be unopened and in a resaleable condition. The buyer will pay return postage, and a 15% re-stocking fee may be added. 

g) Carriage on Oversize items / orders to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands and Islands, may be subject to additional freight charges to the standard rates quoted. Please check rates with Customer Services at time of order.
